I am really glad to receive your letter. Sorry, I didn’t respond to your letter right away.I would love to hear about your town.
Yes, I enjoy living in big cities. There are tons of things to do in spare time. I enjoy meeting friends and going to a restaurant or a cinema. You don’t really need any warm clothes in summer in Russia as it’s quite warm here, but just in case, you can bring along a jacket.
By the way, do you have many friends in your town? How do you spend your spare time? Do you travel often to other towns?
Actually, I’ve got to go now. I have to finish doing my homework for tomorrow.

Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your letter. It’s always great to hear from you! I’m happy to help you with your report.
In my city, Moscow, people often take the underground railway, or metro, to get around town. There are also buses that go where the metro doesn’t, and actually, many people drive cars. When we travel across the country, most people go by train, because the train system is quite good in Russia and goes to many cities. Of course, some people travel by plane, which I prefer because it’s faster and more exciting.
That’s great that you’ve just bought a new music player. What kind is it? How many songs can you put on it? How much did you pay for it?
